Summer Fun!

Trippster loves the outdoors! Over the past couple of months he has been able to experience water fun. He is always a little nervous about swimming, but with Grandma Teresa's help we finally got him to go into the kiddie pool at Meridian Pool. He loved it! He also has started to keep his life jacket on without complaint, whereas last summer he threw a fit when we tried to get him to wear it. Lainey and Trey were able to "swim" with him, and they had a blast! Tripp does tell me he wants to go off the high dive, but I told him we had better wait a few more years for that. :)

She was spinning him around in circles in the water and he loved it!Tripp has also gotten to spend some quality time with Mom and Dad. He thinks Daddy is a jungle gym and is always climbing all over him when he gets home from work. The other day he climbed up on Bryant's chair and climbed onto Bryant's shoulders and stood up! Crazy child! He isn't allowed to do that on Mommy!

The other day Lainey, Trey, Tripp, Chantz and I met up with my friend Dani and her little girl Adeline at the park. The older kids LOVED helping Tripp and Addy on the playground, and it gave Dani and I a chance to just relax and talk. Tripp and Addy seemed to get along just fine. We are hoping to do more with them before summer is over.
