Happy Halloween!!

We love holidays at the Jones household! A few weeks ago we made some pumpkin crafts for the piano:
Then Tripp decided to make a scary pumpkin picture for the fridge:
The boys were very specific as to what color candy baskets they wanted. They've had them for about two weeks and have been used daily. I'm surprised they were still in working order to use on Halloween!

We had a lot of fun carving pumpkins!

Some cute crafts I made at Super Saturday. This is my favorite time of year to decorate my house!
The night before Halloween we baked pumpkin cookies to take to Tripp's Harvest party at school. The boys would. not. stay. away from the oven. No matter how many times I told them they would burn themselves.
The morning of Halloween Tripp had received an award at the school assembly for letter sounds! Bryant was even able to come from work and surprised him. We are so proud of our boy for doing so well in school! I think he was embarrassed that we were making such a big deal of things, so his picture ended up looking like a mugshot:
I finally got a smile out of my little guy:
Later that day, I helped at Tripp's class party. The kids got to wear their costumes all day. They had a lot of fun!
This poor guy has a bad cold and his asthma is acting up. :( Right before trick or treating he looked ready for bed.
 Tripp was ready to go!
Chantz perked up soon after and gave me his best "pumpkin warrior" face:
 They were ready to go!
The first house--Tripp's buddy Porter handed them candy and they were thrilled. I have rarely seen my boys so excited about something! It was such a blessing to be able to be with them and see how much fun they were having. I love their little smiles!
