So I am realizing that I am getting behind on blogging again...though I do have a valid excuse. It has been a busy month. Not only did my little bro Chase get home from his mission, but I had my wisdom teeth out this week. I am sitting at the computer grateful no one can see how incredibly "chipmunk-like" my cheeks are!
For Halloween Tripp informed me that I was going to be a baseball and he was going to be the bat. For any of you who know him well, you know his current obsession is baseball and therefore I wasn't surprised that this is what he has picked. It was such a cute idea that I couldn't refuse. Here is the end result:
Chantzter fit so well in Tripp's fireman costume from a couple years ago that we had to use it-he looked so adorable!! Also, Tripp and I had a fun time "decorating" the house for Halloween. We cut out pumpkins and other festive shapes, colored them, and Tripp hung them all over the house. It was obvious who decorated-they were about knee level to adults on the walls and eye level to him. :) He was very proud!
The boys were so happy to have two of their uncles come home last week! Uncle Chase just got home from his mission in California, and Uncle Brice surprised him and flew home on the same flight as him from Salt Lake to Boise. It was great! As you can see, everyone was very excited to see both of these great brothers of mine.
Here are just a few more pics of my adorable little boys.
This is Chantz and Tripp right before Chantzter tried his first bite of oatmeal...we found he will eat it as long as it is mixed with something sweet! Apple juice seems to work great. He has a sweet tooth just like his mama. :)
Here is Chantz after Trying oatmeal mixed with formula. He wasn't a fan-I think he thought I was trying to torture him.
My little grown-up stud. Trippster is in the bath showing me his "muscles" that are "like Daddy's" :)
He now insists on washing his hands without help...
After a long day of playing, there was nothing he needed more than a bowl of popcorn, hot chocolate, and a nap on the recliner. I'm such a good mother.
My two little ones...doesn't Chantz just fit in with the stuffed animals? I call him my little "Build-A-Bear."

Cute boys! They are getting big. Guess what... I'm coming home the 10th and staying til New Years! That means we get to hang out. Joe won't be there until closer to Christmas so I'll have tons of time to do whatever. I want to see your mom and grandma too. Maybe we should do lunch or something with them. Anyhow, I had no idea you had your wisdom teeth out. That's miserable. I hope someone brought you Jamba Juice. Just know, that's what I would have brought you had I known and had I been in town. Okay we'll talk soon. Good post.
