We've moved!

Well usually I have pictures to go with my posts, but Bryant had the camera out of town with him for quite some time so sorry guys-no new pictures! Life has been crazy the past few weeks. It all started with our precious Audi catching fire while we were driving it. This rent-a-cop turned on his yellow lights and pulled us over. Bryant was like-"wait, he can't do that!" Luckily we stopped anyway only to find the cop shouting at us that our car was on fire. Wow! I called 911 to send the fire dept, and Bryant sprinted to Chevron to grab a fire extinguisher. Lucky for us though the fire (which was beneath the car toward the front) went out on its' own. So we towed it to Audi of Boise and went home to wait. And wait. It was about that time that I started to stress. We had only had one car-now we were down to no car! That darn car takes so much money to fix even the smallest thing, so we were thinking the car had probably seen it's last days. I started the car search, and found a couple Honda Accords I was interested in. Maybe I'm spoiled, but ANY and EVERY car I looked at was a major downgrade! If I had to choose a favorite possession, it may just be our Audi. All wheel drive, turbo charged, leather...etc etc etc. Then we got the call from Audi of Boise saying they could FIX it!! Woo hoo! It felt like Christmas! It did cost a lot, but we do have our car back up and running. Apparently something leaked and between the leak and a spark-that caused the fire. No fire damage though. So yes, I will have a safe, all wheel drive car all set for Winter. And I am excited about it.
Our next big adventure happened about two weeks later. We discovered that we needed to find a new place to live. We really liked the house we were renting, but it was pricey and the landlord was having some issues...so I started the house hunt. I found a cute little house in Haven Cove that is bigger, has hardwood floors, cleaner, and...CHEAPER! So yes friends, we have moved! We are really loving the new house, and the landlord is in our ward. It's definitely a blessing and has been a very good situation so far. I feel like Heavenly Father has really taken care of us during these stressful times.
Besides the big stuff, I canned 20 quarts of pears this week all by myself-which was a first. They all sealed so I'm counting that as huge brownie points towards my homemaking skills. We had Trippster's hair cut short and spiky this week and the kid looks like he's four instead of 21 months. Where did my baby go?? Bryant is still working hard on cabinets and loves being busy busy busy! The next excitement...General Conference this weekend and then up to the cabin for the final visit before it snows! I hope we're not too late-it got super cold here this week and I'm not so sure how I feel about that.

Man we need to catch up. It has been way too long! I'm going to call you next week when both of our lives have settled a bit and you're back from the cabin. I'm glad you found a place and glad that it's cheaper. Talk to you soon!

Wow, you have had a very exciting couple of months. Being in a new place must be nice now. I long to have a change around here. Maybe I will just have to be satisfied with the carpets. Anyways show so pics of the new digs. And don't forget me. If you and Stacy get together let me know too. I'd love to hang out. Cameron's in school Tuesday's and Thursday's so those days would be good for me.
