The time has come for our cabin trips to commence for the summer! We just came back from a Memorial Day weekend getaway up in Island Park. I have to admit the weather was depressing-29 degrees and snowing for most of the weekend. Despite the weather, it was beautiful up there and it was fun to spend time with family. Here is Trippster in the car keeping himself entertained on the way up:
Chantz and Tripp's favorite thing to do is to play "pool ball." They had a blast rolling those balls around!
Bryant, Tripp, Chantz, Brice and I went over to Mesa Falls and had a great time. The weather cleared up for about two hours and we took full advantage of it! As you can see, Tripp was very impressed by the falls.

The times were good, but I have to say I'm glad to be back and in some warm weather!

Oh I am jealous!!! I miss Island Park so much. I think I've decided that I'm going to go there with or without Joe because he is always too busy and for some reason he hates it there. So some weekend we should go have a girl's getaway with your sister, mom, grandma and the kids. Wouldn't that be fun?!
